Moss Agate is a type of chalcedony formation and despite it being named an Agate, it doesn't display the traditional banding patterns seen in most Agate crystals. Instead the mineral composition and inclusions create the green moss like patterns in the stone. Moss Agate is said to attract abundance, wealth and prosperity. Use Moss Agate for new beginnings, it brings balance and stability. Moss Agate is calming and peaceful therefore, good for times of stress.
