Palo Santo

Palo Santo also known as 'Holy Wood' have been used by shamans for purifying and clearing energy. Light the stick from one end for about 30 seconds and then put out the flame. Wave the stick around an object such as crystals or yourself that you would like to cleanse. Repeat an affirmation or chant to invite positive energies and release negative ones.

Note: Be careful not to burn yourself or others during this process.
